  Quality is great. I ordered an on/on and was accidentally sent the wrong switch. Not sure if it was this order or my other cause I bought a few of these at different times. So I'll leave the review here. Contacted the seller and with no questions asked they sent me another switch. Excellent service and communication! There were even little notes left on my order summary in the package. Highly recommend this seller. Thanks so much!

  A bit expensive, and not my first choice, but they were just as described, and shipping was very fast!! The first set I ordered was from another seller, who advertised cream, shipped gold, never responded to me and took twice as long to ship. If this seller wasn't so expensive, I'd definitely buy from them again.

  Item received was not the item pictured in listing. Customer service agent was not helpful, and dismissive of my questions (despite providing photos from their own website and annotating them), before simply ceasing to respond. I returned the item and purchased one from another vendor, so problem solved on my end. Keep in mind that if you are looking for the item shown in this listing, you will not be receiving that model. IE- if you are buying this for an Epiphone Viola, look elsewhere

  Item sent was exactly as pictured with correct measurements listed. A full refund was sent when it was returned. Unreasonable buyer arguing the photo "looked like" different measurements. Not listed anywhere as the specific part for an Epi Viola.
