    Overall I would personally rate this seller a 10 out of 10 simply because although the depot held onto my parcel a little longer than expected the sellers prompt service and communication was second to none and after reaching out for advice on the timeline of my order the parcel arrived next day and was better than described despite mixed reviews if your looking for a genuine seller that does care and does take on board your queries and acts instantly to rectify the situation look no further! 😁

    Good price, packed well. Yodel were the delivery firm, their app is not that clever, as I had a message from the seller stating it was out for delivery today(Fri) but the app stated delivery on Sat. The message from them also stated it needed to be handed to a person or neighbour. Well it was actually delivered today(Fri) and then later the app was updated to say it was delivered with a photo showing it left on the doorstep. Not impressed with them. This in no way is the fault of the seller.

    The item was well packaged and good quality, it arrived on time and was great value. Just a shame it was the wrong filter for my pond equipment. Brilliant service though as they reached out to offer a partial refund instead of a costly return. 5 stars despite it not fitting.

    Item arrived safe and well packed (eventually) my parcel was at the Evri local delivery depot for over a week ! (No movement whatsoever) After many emails to the seller they got things moving and surprisingly I did get my parcel delivered… due to my long wait the seller did offer a little discount which I accepted! I must say the delivery company was at fault here.
