The box came damaged and had just two pieces of sellotape holding the item in the box. It looked like the box had been opened and then resealed! I was surprised that the contents inside were still present and okay. The scales itself are as described and are currently in use - a lot better and more accurate than the kitchen scales. :)

Seller did not understand the issue and continually asked the same question. No empathy and tried to blame other departments for the mistake. Sent 2 pictures showing the sizes but still no resolution offered. Still not received the correct item after they promised to send it. Would recommend not buying from this seller.

Consequently my bento box arrived with a crack right across the top. I contacted the seller immeditately, and sent a photo of the damage. But typically they have not bothered to reply. Don't bother to buy from them, it's a waste of money!
