Item didn't arrive because seller cancelled the order with no explanation. Communication has been poor and very basic with no apologies or attempt at trying to rectify the situation or explain why the item was cancelled. A refund was attempted but that failed also. So I'm £15 down and no voodoo bands. Left me no choice but to leave neg feedback when l don't like doing this. You are literally 1 hour from me but acting like 10hrs away.
