i, or indeed, no manufacture claims that a 500g ball of yarn comes in a single length. Also it is believed this is a false claim as joints are always knotted together.

Still no sign of my item, on tracking its showing its still nit even left the courier drop shop a week later! No response at all from seller, absolutely disgusting service. Now waiting for ebay to step in and refund!

Some people are just trouble makers. I was given until Nov 2nd to deal with this by eBay. Waiting for reply from Evri, as to why it has not moved from pick up point. Still no answer. Everyone knows what Hermes/Evri are like.
Here we are on 31st Oct and I have been reported. Don't need customers like this. They are banned! I cant even claim on insurance until 10 working days after posting!

Some people are pathetic!
Expect seller to know more thank tracking info provides. When tracking reiterated, demanded to know how that helper them. That is abuse. Not pointing out that I have no control over the postal services ineptness in losing parcels.
Quite frankly I am sick to the back teeth of this every time a parcel is lost so at 66 I am retiring. I do not need the agro.
