The item shown in the picture is in perfect condition whereas the item I received has a big tear in the front and back of the discs packaging. I reached out to them and they basically told me “oh well, the disk works though”. I was going to display this with the rest of my collection but I can’t because of the torn packaging. I tried to reach out to the seller for a replacement cover but they ignored me. Don’t buy from them if you want good customer service 🙄

It says on their description that “it is clean”. But I am pretty sure even the cartridges have not been cleaned at all. Conditions are pretty poor. The condition of Super Mario world is especially bad. All boxes look worse than the pictures. The cartridge of super Mario collection is shockingly dirty. It took me 20 minutes to clean.  I sent to them a message but no response. This is my first time giving a neutral feedback on Ebay. The price is reasonable, but I will not buy their games again.
