    I do not recommend this seller. The order took forever, and I had to buy hair dye elsewhere. When it finally arrived, I intended to return it the same day using the QR code and paid for shipping. But I noticed a strong chemical smell, opened the box, and found the dye completely ruined. I messaged the seller right away—no reply even days later. Totally careless and unprofessional. Extremely disappointed.
