This product arrived opened and used. This is not a new product that the seller sold to me. Also the description does not match the product at all. I received a old item while it is advertised as being a pre bonded hair dye. I do not recommend this seller at all, i have contacted them and got no answers back. It is ridiculous, and waste of my time waiting for the product to arrive and now having to buy it again from different seller. Do not buy !!!!

This seller sell items with expire date and in incredible bad condition. Boxes as save in wet place, lose condition. Be careful with this seller.

Sometimes the boxes get damaged in the post, it happens I'm afraid but the product was in perfect condition. If you were not 100% happy you were offered a refund no problem you just needed to return the goods. Its not exactly unusual to return products before a seller refunds you, or maybe you think if you make enough noise you get them for free? And those images are not the item I sold you.
