This product arrived opened and used. This is not a new product that the seller sold to me. Also the description does not match the product at all. I received a old item while it is advertised as being a pre bonded hair dye. I do not recommend this seller at all, i have contacted them and got no answers back. It is ridiculous, and waste of my time waiting for the product to arrive and now having to buy it again from different seller. Do not buy !!!!

Delivered -goods as described . However , the items were damaged which appeared to be in transit , This was raised with the seller who promptly refund the goods effected. Honest decent seller would not hesitate to use again - maybe better packaging to avoid damage . Positive experience from seller !
