Very disappointed in the way that my complaint has been handled one packet of Hair was sent to my correct address. The other was sent to an address that I lived at four years ago. Sellers era please see feedback from Australia Post who have requested have requested a refund from seller they are telling me the item has been delivered but it is the new item that is delivered not the original packet of Hair I have request a full refund from the seller who are ignoring my emails and messages !!!!!
