    Once again Pitney Bowes showing themselves to be the terrible company they are for shipping, the item arrived more than a week after the scheduled date - please stop using them, they are in fact worse than Royal Mail. Good quality paper, packaged well enough, as described, the only negative was the postal experience, both cost and delivery being terrible, and for that we can only blame Pitney Bowes.

    Very poor service,kept sending me automated replies when I was chasing the overdue case,told me had been despatched & marked it as despatched then told me it hadnt been despatched & then when I eventually received the case the edge of the picture on the case was smudged & not clear even though I sent a perfectly good picture I will never use tjis company again or recommend them to anyone
