  Packaging was very good, postage was reasonable, dispatched of the item was a little slow. Accurately described. Definitely wasn't minor issue/ user fault. I am a sewing machine technician so I enjoyed repairing the machine. Was listed as spares or repairs, I managed to fix the machine after about 3 hours work.   Very good value; arrived in with no packaging ~ just mat with address label on its outer. Not sure if it was much cleaner before it commenced its journey than by time it arrived; outer bit marked but hopefully inside will be pristine & great ~( haven't unravelled as yet)
