Sale started well but unfortunately broke down, Royal Mail not sticking to delivery times and dates, so when I requested a refund for not receiving item, seller made excuses saying it was not lost, however if the item is not delivered to me its lost, seller tried to shift blame to me, Had to contact ebay's help, it turned up next day closed the request for help informed the seller & tested the item, all seems ok machine is working and the remote and the manual and 1 resistance band was included.
