  I have already tried to resolve the issue with the seller. There were 2 failed delivery attempts when the item had supposedly gone missing in the post. I then contacted them this time to just ask for a refund, they then sent the item instead, but buy this point a month had already passed since buying it. I’m not happy at all and no longer need the steamer.
