I ordered the wrong wheel covers and the Seller was very prompt in responding to my request to return the items. Packaging was bizarre as the items were mailed in a plastic cup with tape covering the opening and label. I have to pay $6.50 shipping plus I had to purchase an appropriate padded envelope for $2.99 to return the package. The shipping costs are going to be taken out of my refund. I am not pleased with this aspect of my purchase. I will not purchase from this seller again.

Unfortunately my package was turned around at a shipping station and returned to seller for an unknown reason. I assume something to do with shipping from the US to Canada. But my interactions with the seller were all great, he was very good to deal with, so it's too bad I had to find the item locally. Not his fault though, shipping has been weird across the border lately.

All parts were exactly as described and appear to be in working condition, which I appreciate. However, the packaging was concerning — items were placed loose in a usps open box, which was then packed into a shipping box using makeshift materials like torn cardboard, a ripped user manual, and plastic from product packaging. There was no anti-static protection, and nothing was secured or labeled. Fortunately, nothing was damaged, but I’d recommend using better materials and more care in packing.
