I was asked to supply photos (which fortunately I had) and then repackage it to be returned. It was an inconvenience BUT …the customer service from their entire team was SUPERB! They couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding, sent out a new generator asap and also made a gesture of goodwill. Overall I’d give them 5 stars as we understand mistakes happen - great aftercare!

Getting sent from pillar to post, I’ll get back to you. 4 emails, 8 phone calls,what can I say. Could you send me the number for the janitor please, because I’m sure that they are the only person I haven’t spoken to!!! Are you going to send me a time clock/amp, voltage meter display???? Or not. It’s been a few months now and I’m sure it will run out of warranty before the issue is resolved.
