  I have rated this transaction as positive, although, I did not receive the jeans. Sadly, there was a problem with them and I had to get a refund. I have rated the transaction as positive though, because the seller told me about the issue and arranged a refund really quickly. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service involved in this and would buy from them again. After all, you only know how good service is when something goes wrong, and they were excellent.

  The description of this item is slightly misleading. I expected to receive 2 lounger covers! Instead I received 1 cover that fits 2 chairs in. I havent tried yet but hopefully the 2 will fit. Disappointed as we store the chairs for travelling in separate places in the caravan for balance. The covers seem well made and were packaged really well. They arrived in good time.
