Positive overall - the stand was shipped quickly and arrived in good condition, as shown. Communication wasn’t great - some messages went unanswered - and there are some details that would have been useful: for instance, that a neck piece comes with the stand, so I didn’t have to buy and ship one separately. Also, the screw needed to join the wooden base to the metal pole is not included, and there are no assembly instructions (e.g., what size of screw to buy), which would have been useful.

The dummy itself is awesome!! I love it thank you. Only complaint is the condition it arrived in. I was shocked. (See pics below). Due to the damage in the packaging the torso of dummy was wet at the bottom so had to dry it first before putting on the lovely cover it came With. And there is a scratch on the stand in the wood. So no issues from seller. So… very happy with seller but not at all with the delivery service. Appalling in fact!!!
