Although the hourglass was very well packed, unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately, stating they will send a replacement item. No hassles, it was resolved very simply. I will update once the new hourglass is delivered. Very good transaction so far.

Item was late. Took nearly a month to arrive with poor tracking information.Item arrived poorly packed and damaged. Broken beyond repair.Item did not exactly match the photo. Seller did not want to provide a refund or a return because it would not be profitable. After multiple days and several messages exchanged, the seller agreed to give me most of my money to keep the item in exchange for a positive review. Do not shop here. This seller misleads buyers and makes everything miserable.

You ghost is a big liar, cheated me, took refund back and the case was also closed, but did not delete the feedback. you will never be happy cheater man for claim. I appeal to ebay to block such fraud buyers.
