    Box was slightly dented on arrival, but for personal use, not a gift so acceptable. Took a long time to deliver, ordered on 30th november not dispatched until 5th december and finally arrived on 11th december. No communication to explain delay.

    Beware Seller registered as a UK seller, but selling items to be shipped direct from AliExpress, I ordered an 9 speed Shimano bike chain, but received an 8 speed chain which is too wide to run on 9 speed set up. Also I believe the chain is counterfeit given that it has a sticker on the back of the packaging indicating that it was manufactured in China by a company called Jinhau Zetu Outdoor Products rather than in Japan by Shimano. Avoid this seller, I should have checked their feedback first.
