  These copies of the Virginia Magazine arrived well packed and in perfect condition. The vendor, in my interactions with her, is a very kind individual, who will keep the buyer apprised in the event that there are any delays or, as it was in my case, changes in shipment. In my case, it was a change from USPS to FedEx. A truly great vendor, rest assured.

  Thank you for your understanding. The shipment could not be shipped via "Media" rate and normally eBay will not allow for it to be listed this way when I created the listing. But, for some reason, the eBay system did not "flag" this item when the listing was created, yet disallowed the media shipping when the order came through. The good news is that you likely received the item quicker! Thanks for your business!

  A BIT OF A SNAFFOO WHEN THE LISTING HAD 6 ITEMS AND ONLY 5 WERE DELIVERED. A QUICK RESPONSE TO MY EMEAIL ALLOWED FOR DISCUSSION AND SOLUTION. PACKING WAS EXCELLENT AND SHIOOING TIME NOT BAD. COMMUNICATION WITH SELLER WAS VERY QUICK AND SATISFYING.

  I appreciate your understanding. However, to be clear, the snaffoo was simply a "typo" in the title stating 6 tapes. The pictures showed 5 tapes with 6 cases (one of which was shown empty). I instantly recognized the mistake when you said you only received 5 tapes and I explained what had happened. The pictures verified that you would be receiving 5 tapes. Thank you for your polite messages and understanding. And, again, I apologize for the error.

  Wonderful eBay experience. The DVD complete series was as described, and the price was a value because of it being NEW. It looked like it just came off the store shelf and was in great condition. The seller packed it for shipping very well and the item itself was wrapped better than most of my Christmas presents!
