*IMPORTANT* I purchased a iPhone 8 Plus 16/02/24 which was faulty,would not turn on after a 24h charge.sent back to receive 2nd iPhone.within 24h it started to freeze.i reset the phone but continued to freeze every day. Reported fault 01/03/24 and was to return for refund. *My very sick wife who is END OF LIFE was taken ill and critical and I could not get home to post iPhone back until 11/04/24.i kept seller fully updated. THEY SAID POST WHEN YOU CAN. THEY NOW REFUSE REFUND AND HAVE THE IPHONE.

First time purchasing a refurbished phone from them, phone arrived the next door and although the phone was working and the battery 85% - for a grade B+ there was a heavy dents and chips on the corners. Got a quick response from CS and we managed to resolve the problem. I'll probably buy from them again but it's a gamble what condition the grade phone will arrive.
