Incognito product had leaked in the poor packaging. It may have been damaged in the post but seller more or less accused me of being 'at it' when I asked either for a full refund or a replacement. They did ask me to return if for a full refund but for the cost and inconvenience this would have been to me, for an £8 item, I thought this was silly. When I said I would be leaving negative feedback, I got an abusive reply saying they would be reporting me to ebay for making 'threats' plural! Avoid!

You sent us a picture and stated it was half empty so we issued you a 50% refund or alternative send back for full refund to which you decline which I found strange is what I said. We didn't expect you to pay for postage either. You then go all defensive and get angry at us because we are asking for the goods back that you claimed to be half empty. Threatening negative to obtain full refund + goods is against eBay's terms and conditions.

Ordered 2 boxes, arrived with 1 being new and sealed with a slight box tear, but the other one arrived ripped open - at the side. Intended for a child as a gift to finish their collection book so no big deal for me, but if I was a serious collector or looking to stock to resell in the future when the stock runs out I'd be upset about being supplied a ripped box. Arrived on time.
