  Ordered a multicoloured pack of hangers. Got all green! Messaged them and just got what seems like an AI response. Was asked for photo which I sent. Another AI type response saying they would get back to me. Was offered to send them back or get a 20% refund. All responses very impersonal. For the cost of the return or partial refund amount it was not worth it. Gave up on them and told them not to respond and they didn't.

  These arrived they were practically a quarter of the size of the one shown in the photo. We took up a return with the company and all we did was get fobbed off and it took eBay to get involved before we got a refund. Do not deal with this company, they are horrific
