  First, I want to mention that the seller has not followed up with me even after trying to contact multiple times on separate occasions as the post office charged me $5.16 for postage since the seller tries to "scam" the post office by shipping a package as first class mail for 69 cents and hoping USPS does not notice. Definitely not free shipping and the seller doesn't respond so I'm unable to get any help at all so the buyer is stuck with paying the shipping postage. Cannot recommend seller :(

  I purchased a glass camera cover for my phone from the seller, but it arrived damaged. It was not protected at all and was sent in a regular paper envelope. I didnt mind that, I figured the seller would send a replacement once i contacted him. I contacted the seller around 2 weeks ago, and again a week ago to see if there would be any resolution.
