  The seller has provided a courier that is known to experience high volumes just to have free postage! Yodel couriers are useless and have still not located/delivered my parcel or even attempted delivery! The seller does not respond enough to a open case and neither can tell me where my parcel is. I paid 16 days ago but the seller is continuing to sell the delayed item and has now reduced the price! Cant contact me but can reduce the price of delayed orders??
