  Great seller - Excellent communications - Highly recommended. Although the item took over a month to arrive, this was not the fault of the seller. They dispatched within a few hours of purchase and it was in the UK within 6 days. The 3 week hold up was down to the Royal Mail. I contacting the seller to report the item not received and they issued a refund immediately. The item arrived the following day. Very difficult to repeat payment.   Item arrived on time and as described, the only thing that could be better is the polishing cloths could have been sealed in cellophane for storage and travel as they arrived rather messed up in the delivery package. Have ordered these cloths in the past and they were packaged properly. Apart from that they do polish jewellery quite well.
