Never received item Seller gave me a royal mail tracking number however after contacting seller they mentioned that a different delivery company lost the item and I should leave the delivery company the negative feedback I had to ask again for a refund as they hadn t properly processed the original refund Very poor customer service

Item was sent via Evri (never Royal Mail). Refund was applied after loss was confirmed. All messages from myself were courteous and sympathetic to the buyer, unfortunately this was not reciprocated.
