I contacted the supplier who responded within three working hours asking if I still require the part of a refund?   The product that i received was excellent,unfortunately it was not what i ordered,or wanted,i purchased the handle,but was sent the stay,by mistake,its condition was new,value for money was good,item is white in colour,it was well packaged for protection,and dispatched quickly,it arrived in no time,i will keep the stay as a spare,and hope that i can buy the handle,from the seller,and get sent the right product,next time,i have messaged the seller,to let them know,i hope they get back to me.

  I've marked this as positive even though I never actually received my order. Firstly I was told length I requested was out of stock but was offered slightly longer instead of cancelling however item failed to arrive and courier (evri) claimed item was damaged and therefore not delivered but hadn't bothered to let seller know or i'm assuming hadn't returned item back to them either. Seller refunded me and I'm not at all basing my opinion on them because of their choice of courier.
