  Seller had been supportive. We have both a post and a parcel box, with a clear sign, but no, Evri dumped the product somewhere in the area and claimed to have delivered to a "safe" place with a picture of it perched on top of a random wall. They promised to call, but haven't. So no idea about the product. I do know that Evri don't care though.
