  I understand these books are listed as "acceptable", but I asked and asked before buying about the condition of the better book, but THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION throughout the whole process: no response to my query, no response to my buying, nothing. Just a transaction. And when I received the books, the better book did have creasings and writing, which I had specifically asked about. So the neutral feedback is for the lack of communication throughout the whole process. Please communicate!

  Received blu ray/digital copy new as described. Delivery time was good. Packaging was acceptable. There is dent in slipcover and damage to edge of blu ray case, unsure if that was due to transit or not. Case still works though.
