    The piece of wood I ordered got lost by DHL so never arrived on time. I phoned Harlow Timber and they immediately offered me a refund or replacement. I chose replacement and they organised it the same day with it arriving the next day, only a couple of days after the original was due. The people I spoke to were professional and apologetic. I would definitely reorder from them.
