Ordered the 4 jaw crimps and connector pack. I received the 6 jaw version which is not what I wanted. When I asked sender to supply the correct item he initially offered a £2 refund. Then simply said the 6 jaw was a better tool. If I had wanted it I would have ordered it... No further refund or exchange was offered. Now I could send it back for a refund as its not as described then get ebay involved but what's the point. Looking at the packaging it comes directly from China, proberly TEMU.
