    I made the order and backed out of it cause it was a mistake the address was wrong and it would not arrive on time, asked for cancellation at first it was denied, though i was gonna lose my money but when i text them to explain why i absolutely needed to cancel that order, they did not think twice and they intercept the package and send a full refund. This is marvellous customer support, A++++++++ love you guys, i've been using JBL products since 2015, you are the best.
