    Lovely item but, as I notice others have commented, very poor packaging. Delicate antique enamel charms costing over £300 rattling around in a gift bag in a huge padded envelope is definitely not ideal and given how heavy handed royal mail can be, its a miracle they arrived undamaged. Please invest in some bubble wrap!
