About us

Our roots are firmly established in Independent Community Pharmacy, and have run a bricks and mortar pharmacy for many years, with an excellent local reputation for going the extra mile in caring for our community.

In 2019, we started selling online - offering a range of medicines, health, and beauty essentials at great prices. We initially operated upstairs within Harpers Pharmacy, until 2022 by which the online retail aspect of the business grew a lot and needed more space! We acquired a separate warehouse premises nearby the pharmacy, known as Harpers Healthcare Warehouse & Distribution Centre and now trade out of two locations. The online retail staff still have close communication and teamwork with the Pharmacy team.

    I haven’t done more than unpacking the box at the moment but the contents are all safe and sound . They were packed with a lot of thought and packing tape and are in perfect condition. Not easy for 24 bottles! The price was right and included shipping. I have changed to “Ensure Plus “and hope it works out well. The information about arrival dates was very informative and correspondence was great, I was given updates aplenty. Great service and a pleasure to deal with!Great job! Thanks.

    Item as expected when replacement delivered. Original package delivered late to unknown location. Excellent communication with seller resulted in a replacement package quickly delivered by the PO. Original carrier, Amazon?? a small regional cowboy delivery company, which don't have their own delivery people (not around here, 45 miles from Chester). I was not surprised the package was incorrectly delivered late! I don't buy from Amazon because they don't deliver! Many thanks Harpers.

    I placed an order for six jars and within three days the order arrived in excellent condition, as you would expect for a good quality product, and it was so well packaging. Buy the marmalade represents great value for money especially as the same amount of jam could have cost over £30 in some well know supermarkets. So use this seller, you won't be disappointed

    Product came on time and day specified by the Seller. The only downside to this was the courier service they used - Post Office who did not ring the intercom and just left the package on the doorstep of my mother's flat on the 2nd floor without even knocking the door and which could have easily been stolen. Maybe seller should consider using a different service or give option to buyers of which delivery company they wish to use - other than that NO PROBLEMS whatsoever/
