  I had bought this item from the seller as advertised as fully working, some time had passed and the seller got in touch to say that unfortunately the door to the cassette deck was having issues and offered a partial refund with the deck or a complete cancel and full refund. I opted for the full refund but wanted to leave positive feedback for the seller, who was completely honest with me, with good communication. I wish all sellers were honest like that.   Absolute gem of a seller. The amp was really well packaged and suffered no damage in transit. There was an issue that I found with the amp switching between different outputs. The seller went above and beyond to get it sorted, and after a few calls it was repaired and back working as it should. Cannot recommend highly enough.
