  The color wasn’t what I expected but it’s not the seller’s fault. It was described as red & I should’ve asked for what color red it was. Nothing to do with seller at all. The shipping & packaging was good & was included with a “thank you“ sticker, which was a nice gesture. It was a great value.

  The item that arrived was not as described (“new”) and was missing a key piece. It was a frustrating experience , especially as it seemed slow to ship in the first place. I will say, the seller was immediately responsive when I reached out about the piece, and issued a refund promptly as the piece could not be located. I at least appreciated the good customer service when the issue arose
