    I paid the price for a 15 kg bag of dog food as advertised & received 4x1.7 kg bags. I asked seller if they would make up remaining amount, but they insisted I return them for a refund, which I have now done, (with a bit of difficulty) as the box was very heavy for an old lady to carry round to the post office. Considering this was no fault of mine. It has made me very angry.

    The item description was incorrect so I received a quantity that differed from what was advertised (6.8kg rather than 15kg). I had to use the item as I didn't have time to wait for a replacement. I contacted the seller and proposed that they offer me a partial refund to bring the price per kg I paid in line with what was advertised. They were unwilling or unable to do this (maybe it's not supported by ebay?). So I effectively ended up paying over double the advertised price. Avoid!

    The usual excellent quality from Dr Bronner’s, great condition and value. Looks and smells great. I did have an issue with the delivery as the courier delivered to the wrong address. This is common where I live as I live in an obscure location. The seller was great in helping me resolve this.
