The suit didn't arrive in very good condition, due to some water having got into the package (perhaps in the sorting office?); but when I raised the issue Harvey immediately offered a payment towards the necessary dry cleaning and a reduction in price, which was all I could have asked. The suit once cleaned should be just what I want. So the problems were dealt with impeccably and considering what it could have been with a less co-operative seller this was a very good transaction indeed.
