    Because the item got stuck in the snow, the shipper didn’t deliver the t shirt in the time stated so it arrived too late for the event I needed it for. But the seller communicated well and was happy to refund me when I returned it so they provided a good service.

    AVOID THIS SELLER. This was not received, which was proved to be Royal Mail's fault. However, not only did the seller not help in resolving this issue, they actively tried to block me from getting a refund by using Royal Mail's "delivered" status against me. eBay erroneously fell into this trap, but after spending 30 minutes on the phone and uploading my email from Royal Mail again, they reversed the decision. Why be so dishonourable?
