    I have sent this seller over 25 to 30 messages in ebay - they will NOT reply to me! The sizing chart pictured is not correct! We need to RETURN this ASAP! We are not happy and this is horrible customer service, we have a report started on this seller, this hat was way too big and the quality is horrible - we NEED our money back asap!!!! We simply want to ship this hat back ASAP and get our money back!!!!!

    This seller is extremely unreliable. My purchase was made on July 5, 2025. A shipping label was created. This meant that I was monitoring the delivery. They never sent the item to the USPS for delivery. After contacting the seller, I was informed the item was unavailable. It should not have taken the seller 10 days to realize the item was out of stock. This certainly showed a lack of concern for their customer, when an alternate purchase could have been made before I travelled.
