    Item arrived damaged clearly before the item was posted the box was damaged and then a ton of bubble wrap around it was already too late for that barely any protection inside the box seller then ignored my message about help posting the item very lazy seller inconvenience me and made me go out of my way when its clearly there fault very poor transaction I will be avoiding this seller from now on take them 5 days to refund me so I can't buy another holding me up once again very frustrating

    Thank you for your feedback, sorry you were not happy with our service. Occasionally goods get damaged in transit, and we do our best to rectify things. Your refund was processed on the same day. Refunds are processed by eBay which we have no control over. eBay’s returns policy is to issue a returns label and the buyer is responsible for returning the item. The messages received were that you had to walk to the post office, and it was annoying, not that you needed any help with the return.
