    The item was advertised as boxed but arrived in bubble wrap. I requested a VAT invoice as advertised but did not receive one. I tried contacting the seller for the invoice but received NO response ! The item is working hence the two stars .

    Item arrived very late, but as described. Still unsure that communication with the seller about the delay was 100% honest. Claimed to have shipped item day of order (which was a Sunday, so very unlikely). Prompted them 4 days later (twice) asking for an explanation. They said they’d shipped a new one, without having provided tracking for the first. The reality being that it took 48 hours for the ‘second’ replacement to be dropped at the courier. I wouldn’t return to this seller, unfortunately.
