    Listed as new & unused, with outer box missing, which is deliberately misleading. The inner pack, although in the box, had been opened. The toner shows signs of having been used and tampered with, one side was misaligned & loose. I suspect that these are actually refurbished items being sold fraudulently. The seller responded to my initial concern with excuses, and presumably preying on the unknowing, but stopped communication, so escalated as a case with ebay who ruled for a return & refund.
