Misleading description & zero communication. Listing said "Unboxed", which I took to mean an intact ink cartridge without the cardboard package. However, it came in a slide-lock bag, the plastic seal was hanging by a thread, orange ink tab askew, cartridge cover completely detached, and when placed in my printer (MP495) gave an 'error - incompatible' warning! Messaged seller 4 business days ago for a refund or replacement, with no acknowledgement or reply. Will be raising a complaint with eBay.
