I reached out right away, included a picture, and asked how he would like to resolve the situation. I heard back quickly with a genuine apology and a compromise offer. I made a slight counter-offer which Anthony thought was more than fair and the refund was posted immediately. Unfortunate situation during shipping, but handled professionally by Anthony.
