  This shop uses false advertising. They posted a real Jellycat photo, but the item I received was a fake and looked nothing like the picture. When I asked for a refund, they only offered partial discounts or said I’d have to pay return shipping. I had to go through eBay to get my money back. Do not recommend — scammers.

  When I was reading the reviews, I pretty much knew how this was going to end, but I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt unfortunately they definitely were just trying to be a scam because they just kept making excuse after excuse as to why the item wasn’t shipped and kept offering Just to cancel the order. Definitely absolutely disappointed in this seller, especially since I was really hoping they weren’t as horrible as everyone was saying.
