Through the process I made a mistake on my order and they jumped through hoops to get it taken care of. I had to call when I received it and got in contact with a real live person two different times. These people went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and was 100% satisfied. They were shipped fast by UPS and the main box is double walled and each light is boxed individually. These are a great price and projector isn't cheap or fake it beams my LEDs right in front with a big light pattern. A+++ seller dont believe the bad reviews buy with confidence!
