Have taken garlic capsules since the 80s, for recurring catarrh and sinusitis, have worked well and continue to take to date. Have been on Lindens Super Garlic almost 12 months, family member sourced them for me. Have now chosen to source my own supplier. The original package failed to arrive. Royal Mail admitted they had had it but that it had "disappeared". Seller, straight away, agreed to replace and the replacement arrived very quickly. Very pleased with seller's comms throughout. Much less pleased with the chaos that is Royal Mail.
