  WANT ME TO PAY FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE! This was sent to click and collect location without the relevant information I needed to pick it up, I contacted them to ask for the information (ecp number) they said they do not know what that is, I sent an example and waited over a week but still no help. I asked for a refund, was sent a message saying they would refund me then another soon after saying they won't help, I opened case with ebay, still waiting for resolution
